Delinea is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage customer accounts and collaborate with sales and technical teams. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology sector. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your understanding of customer needs and how to address them effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, technical support, and professional services to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are skilled at developing solutions that enhance the customer experience. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using metrics to assess customer health and engagement.
Experience in identity security or related fields would be a plus, as would familiarity with cloud-native platforms. A background in sales or technical support can also enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes that can improve customer outcomes.
As a Customer Success Manager at Delinea, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
