You have extensive experience in finance transformation, particularly in optimizing revenue processes such as quoting, contracting, billing, collections, and revenue recognition. Your background includes leading strategic initiatives that drive system and process transformation, supporting scalable growth within finance and accounting organizations. You are skilled in project leadership and have a deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, enabling you to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to inform decision-making. Your ability to establish a PMO function within the CFO organization demonstrates your leadership capabilities and your commitment to driving high-impact strategic projects. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of managing complex projects, including post-merger integrations and AI strategies for finance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the transformation of Fivetran's Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, focusing on optimizing end-to-end revenue processes. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that modernize and scale finance operations, ensuring that the organization can support its growth objectives. Your leadership will be critical in establishing a PMO function within the CFO organization, where you will oversee high-impact projects that align with the company's strategic goals.

You will collaborate closely with finance and business systems teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. Your role will involve analyzing current processes, recommending changes, and implementing solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency. You will also be tasked with developing and managing key performance indicators to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
