What you'll do

As a Sales Manager at Anthropic, you will build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to drive team success. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's mission to create reliable and beneficial AI systems. Your role will involve securing strategic deals with top enterprises across various industries, ensuring that customers can effectively embed and deploy AI solutions. You will work closely with Applied AI Engineering and Product teams to refine the value proposition and sales methodology, ensuring that Anthropic's offerings stand out in the market. Additionally, you will collaborate with GTM and Marketing teams to enhance market positioning and drive revenue growth.
