Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development. Your background includes 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and you have a solid understanding of software design and architecture. With at least 3 years of team leadership or management experience, you are well-versed in guiding project teams and setting technical direction. You have experience in domains such as Android, iOS, Embedded, or Firmware, and you possess deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Your technical expertise is complemented by your ability to work cross-functionally, ensuring that you can navigate complex projects effectively.

You are proficient in programming languages such as Java and Kotlin, which you have used extensively in your previous roles. Your experience in a technical leadership role has equipped you with the skills to lead project teams and drive improvements in development processes and tools. You are passionate about code quality and best practices, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and support other engineers.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field would be a plus. Experience with performance and power optimization is also desirable, as is familiarity with diagnosing and debugging technical issues.
