What you'll do

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will take ownership of the billing and contract review process, ensuring that all contracts are accurately assessed for billing purposes. You will assist with customer disputes, working closely with the revenue, orders, and customer success teams to resolve any issues that arise. Your role will also involve significant participation in the SuiteBilling implementation, where you will collaborate with collections to determine the best approaches for customer success. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely billing cycles, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
