Overview

Axon is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to lead onboarding, training, and knowledge management initiatives. You'll design resources and frameworks to help the Enterprise business scale its expertise. This role requires strong collaboration and operational excellence skills.

You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with experience in designing and implementing training programs that empower teams to excel. Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and impact. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or with cloud software solutions is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will help you succeed in this role. A background in finance oversight or operational management can enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a Sales Enablement Manager at Axon, you will lead the development and execution of onboarding and training programs for new and existing team members. Your role will involve designing resources and frameworks that facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development across the Enterprise business.
