NICE is seeking a Specialist Software Engineer to develop high-performing enterprise-grade applications. You'll work with .NET and native C++ to support modernization and maintenance of critical systems in Pune.
You have a Bachelor or Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institute. You possess experience in building high-performing, enterprise-grade applications, particularly with the .NET framework and native C++. You are familiar with managing .NET services and network-related components, and you understand the importance of maintaining code integrity and organization. You have a strong grasp of security and data protection principles, and you are capable of engaging in the business change cycle from inception to implementation.
Experience in a scrum team environment is a plus, as is familiarity with mission-critical applications. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in collaborative settings and is eager to contribute to product development from ideation to deployment.
As a Specialist Software Engineer at NICE, you will participate in the development of our Engage recording platform, which is part of the NiCE WCX suite. Your role will involve supporting ongoing modernization and maintenance of applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and responsiveness. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to design and build new features, adhering to project timelines and budgets. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining code integrity and organization, as well as implementing security measures to protect data.
You will engage in product development from ideation through deployment, ensuring that the applications you work on are optimized for performance and user experience. You will be expected to maintain quality throughout the development process and help optimize both new and existing systems.
