Airtable is seeking a Renewals Associate to lead the renewals process and enhance customer relationships. You'll collaborate with internal teams and utilize negotiation tactics to drive customer success. This role requires experience in sales and customer engagement.
You have a strong background in sales and customer engagement, ideally with experience in renewals or account management. You are skilled at building relationships and can effectively communicate with key decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are detail-oriented and can maintain accurate forecasts and reports, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. You possess excellent negotiation skills and can navigate complex conversations to secure favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company. You are proactive in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, always looking for ways to maximize customer growth and satisfaction.
As a Renewals Associate at Airtable, you will own and drive the renewals process, working closely with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships. You will engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover any roadblocks that may hinder on-time commitments. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, to ensure that customers realize value from their Airtable experience. You will negotiate and execute renewal contracts in partnership with legal, aligning them with customer goals. Additionally, you will develop playbooks for renewal engagement, maximizing the effectiveness of your interactions with customers. Your role will involve maintaining and reporting an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team. You will be instrumental in building foundational processes for this new role, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
