You are well-versed in best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and design patterns. You advocate for continuous delivery practices, ensuring high-quality software is delivered to end customers as early as possible. Your deep technical knowledge allows you to solve complex business problems and proactively assess your team’s health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements. You are passionate about building innovative customer experiences and creating large-scale distributed systems out of microservices.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms and modern development frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning will help you thrive in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with Business and Quality Analysts, Designers, and Project Managers to design software solutions that create meaningful change for clients. You will engage in discussions to understand the context of business problems and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include writing clean and reusable code, advocating for better engineering practices, and ensuring that your team adheres to high standards of code quality.

You will leverage your expertise to mentor junior developers, helping them grow their skills and confidence. You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure the team’s output meets the highest standards. As part of a value-driven team, you will work closely with your colleagues to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes that enhance customer experiences.

Your role will involve creating large-scale distributed systems using microservices architecture, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and maintainable. You will also be responsible for assessing your team’s health and performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance collaboration and productivity.
