As the Area Vice President of Key Accounts, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of growth initiatives within Okta's most significant global relationships. You will lead a team of Key Account Directors, guiding them to deepen Okta's footprint within a select portfolio of multi-million dollar organizations. Your role goes beyond traditional sales leadership; you will act as a high-level business architect, ensuring that Okta is not just a vendor but a core component of the customer's long-term technology roadmap.
You will develop and implement strategies that maximize the long-term Lifetime Value (LTV) of key accounts, focusing on strategic alignment and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will involve orchestrating a sophisticated 'sell to, sell through, and sell with' motion, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of clients.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with customer requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts, leveraging your insights to drive innovation and enhance customer engagement.
