HelloFresh is seeking a Director of Global Compensation to oversee the effectiveness of global compensation programs. You'll manage job architecture, pay structures, and compliance initiatives across multiple countries. This role requires extensive experience in compensation management and strategic alignment.

Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in compensation management, with a strong background in global compensation programs and job architecture. Your expertise includes developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring transparency and compliance across various regions. You are skilled in data analysis and can generate insights that drive decision-making in compensation practices. You understand the nuances of executive, salaried, and hourly compensation structures and are adept at benchmarking and market pricing to maintain competitiveness.
You possess excellent leadership skills, having successfully led teams in previous roles. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate compensation strategies clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and understand the importance of attracting and retaining top talent through effective compensation practices.
Desirable
Experience with process automation in compensation management is a plus. Familiarity with global compliance regulations and the ability to adapt compensation strategies to meet local market needs will set you apart. You are comfortable working with HR technology and data analytics tools to enhance compensation processes and reporting.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the governance and execution of global job architecture, ensuring that job leveling and titling nomenclature are standardized across the organization. You will lead the design and administration of global pay structures, ensuring alignment with market positioning and organizational strategy. Your role will involve directing the benchmarking and market pricing processes to keep compensation programs relevant and competitive.
You will oversee the annual pay cycles and compliance initiatives, ensuring that all compensation practices are defensible and transparent. You will collaborate closely with the Global Vice President of Total Rewards to drive continuous improvement in compensation programs, leveraging data insights to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in building a great workplace culture that motivates and retains talent.
