You possess strong skills in transformational program management on technical cross-functional projects, and you are comfortable leading and motivating teams without direct authority.
Your experience includes managing and collaborating with external semiconductor manufacturing partners, including wafer foundries and Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSATs). You have a solid understanding of NPI processes, yield management, and product qualification, which allows you to effectively guide the selection and management of external partners. You are adept at negotiating agreements and managing vendor performance to protect the supply chain against disruptions.
You thrive in environments that require clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners. You can explain complex analyses and recommendations to executives while also discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Your problem-solving skills ensure that challenges are addressed comprehensively, benefiting all stakeholders involved.
A Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or a related technical field would be a plus, enhancing your qualifications for this role. Your ability to influence and lead teams across different geographies is crucial in this position, as you will be working in a global environment.
