AI Solutions Lead

We are looking for a strategic technical leader to architect our next generation of AI Solutions, IP, and Service Offerings. You will join the Office of the CTO, working directly with the Global Head of AI to define our technical strategy and own the roadmap for our enterprise-grade AI products.

You will own the creation of our AI IP and internal accelerators, while acting as the technical authority and mentor for our engineering hub in Croatia to ensure local delivery aligns with our global technical and consulting standards.

The Role

• Develop and own the growing roadmap of internal and externally facing AI solutions, agents, IP, and products.

• Work with the Head of AI and OCTO leadership to define the long term AI strategy of the whole business, and align AI technical capabilities and service offerings to company strategic goals.

• Drive the execution of the strategy by writing technical standards, creating customer offerings and selling the vision to the internal team.

• Define and develop internal/ external accelerators and reusable frameworks that enhance our delivery capabilities and solidify our position as industry leaders. This includes activities like developing and productionizing agents to accelerate delivery, creating delivery frameworks, architectures, and reusable code templates.

• Work with the Head of AI to create service offerings and associated technical architectures, such as developing a comprehensive "AgentOps Platform" technical framework, architecture and pitch deck. Coach the wider engineering and sales team on how to pitch and implement these offerings.

• Act as the lead technical authority in the region, partnering with the sales team to lead or support other teams in presales engagements, and with the engineering team to guide or lead technical delivery (i.e. client projects).

• Establish an engineering culture of excellence, curiosity and rapid learning. Help mentor and coach the Machine Learning Engineering team in the region, aligning them to global technical and consulting standards (code reviews, technical guidance).

• Collaborate with the Talent team to support the growth of the Machine Learning Engineering team in the region (e.g. interviewing key hires).

Experience

• You will ideally have professional experience in machine learning and software engineering, with at least 2 years in a formal or informal leadership capacity (e.g., tech lead, project lead, or senior mentor).

• You possess a proven ability to architect and deploy scalable, production-grade ML and/or GenAI solutions on a major cloud platform (GCP is a significant asset). Ideally, this should include hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g. Terraform).

• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including both traditional Machine Learning and GenAI.

• Strategic thinker who can translate AI capabilities into business value and competitive advantage.

• Great communication skills with the ability to educate and influence at all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
