Stripe is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support leaders with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting. This role requires at least 1 year of administrative experience and proficiency in Google Suite.

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced or large company, demonstrating your ability to manage complex tasks efficiently. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you pay great attention to detail, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. You excel in time management, adeptly shifting priorities as situations change, and you have a knack for anticipating the needs of others before they arise. Your experience includes supporting multiple leaders, showcasing your ability to juggle various responsibilities simultaneously. You are familiar with booking both domestic and international travel arrangements, and you have experience with expense reporting processes. Your background in a high-growth technology startup is a plus, as it has equipped you with the skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide complex and proactive calendar support for multiple leaders, ensuring their schedules are organized and efficient. You will make recommendations regarding time management, prioritization, and delegation, helping your leaders focus on what matters most. Coordinating domestic and international travel will be a key responsibility, where you will manage all related details to ensure smooth logistics. Additionally, you will prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of your leaders, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in financial documentation. Your role is critical in supporting the business function, and you will work closely with Stripe’s leaders to facilitate their day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
