What you'll do

As the Director of Advisor Recruiting, you will own Compound's nationwide advisor recruiting strategy, managing outreach, pipeline development, and long-term relationship cultivation. You will represent Compound in the market, deepening our presence across industry communities and shaping the future of our growth. Your responsibilities will include leading outreach efforts to breakaway advisors and RIA teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial conversation to transition. You will work closely with our growth team and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with the company's overall objectives. Your role will be pivotal in building trust with advisory teams and guiding them through the due diligence process, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
