You have 5+ years of experience in corporate law, particularly in data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity. Your expertise includes navigating complex regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, and you have a strong understanding of AI-related legal issues. You are adept at drafting and negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and related contractual terms, ensuring compliance while enabling business operations. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively advise cross-functional teams on legal matters. You are detail-oriented and able to balance regulatory compliance with business needs, making you a trusted advisor within the organization.
Experience with the EU AI Act and NIS2 regulations is a plus. Familiarity with global privacy frameworks and a proactive approach to legal challenges will set you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
