Your experience includes building and executing territory and opportunity-specific plans, demonstrating your ability to drive joint go-to-market initiatives effectively. You are comfortable leveraging resources to create outsized impact and have a strong understanding of operational hygiene, particularly in representing sales and partner activities accurately in Salesforce.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with partners and internal stakeholders alike. Your ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams is key to your success. You are willing to travel to meet partners and sellers, ensuring that you are present in front of users and prospects to drive engagement and success.

As a Partner Development Manager, Sales Aligned, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of Stripe’s Alliances & Channels organization. You will drive joint go-to-market strategies and co-sell initiatives alongside Partner Development Managers, focusing on opportunities at scale across the Americas. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans that align with both Stripe's objectives and those of our partners.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure that our partners have access to the broadest set of solutions leveraging the Stripe platform. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and how Stripe can best support them in achieving their goals.
You will be responsible for maintaining operational hygiene, accurately representing sales and partner activities in Salesforce, and ensuring that all metrics are tracked and reported effectively. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and driving success.
