Your role will involve developing and implementing scalable HR practices that address local people issues while ensuring alignment with global HR initiatives. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and managers to provide expert advice on employee relations matters, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
You will also play a critical role in transitioning transactional HR activities to the HR Shared Service Centre, allowing for a greater focus on strategic HR partnering. This will involve assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will stay engaged with employees, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing support to managers when issues arise.
