Rubrik is hiring an Identity Resilience Sales Manager for the Mid Market to define and execute sales plans while managing a sales pipeline. This role requires 3+ years of tech sales experience and offers the opportunity to work remotely across the United States.
You are a technical sales professional with over 3 years of experience in tech sales, particularly in the Mid Market segment. You possess a deep understanding of your product, the pain points it addresses, and the competitive landscape. Your ability to build relationships and effectively communicate value propositions sets you apart. You are driven by results and have a strong desire to exceed sales quotas through strategic planning and execution.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with field teams, partners, and resellers to drive growth. Your expertise allows you to present complex solutions within data center design environments, making you a trusted advisor to your clients. You are proactive in identifying new business opportunities and channel partnerships, ensuring that you stay ahead of market trends.
Experience in a similar technical sales role is preferred, particularly within the data management or cybersecurity sectors. Familiarity with sales pipeline management and strategic transaction handling will enhance your effectiveness in this position.
In this role, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on Mid Market accounts. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
