You have a strong background in quality systems engineering, with experience in developing processes that ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your problem-solving skills enable you to establish efficient systems for compliance, and you are committed to exceeding FDA expectations. As a Quality Systems Engineer at Neuralink, your primary responsibility will be to gather requirements and develop processes with compliance built into their design. You will continuously optimize and improve these processes to enhance efficiency over time, moving from one method to another as they are built and optimized. You will work on various areas such as manufacturing, data collection, nonconformance management, and automation of audits and reporting. Your role will involve developing quantifiable metrics displayed in real-time on a dashboard of your choice, such as Excel or Grafana. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained throughout the organization.
