You have a strong background in quality systems engineering, with experience in developing processes that ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You thrive on continuous improvement and are passionate about implementing systems that drive compliance and optimize performance. You understand the importance of gathering requirements and designing processes that eliminate variables, save time, and reduce costs. Your problem-solving skills enable you to establish efficient systems for compliance, and you are committed to exceeding FDA expectations. You are a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and advancing team members who have an outsized impact.

What you'll do

As a Quality Systems Engineer at Neuralink, your primary responsibility will be to gather requirements and develop processes with compliance built into their design. You will continuously optimize and improve these processes to enhance efficiency over time, moving from one method to another as they are built and optimized. You will work on various areas such as manufacturing, data collection, nonconformance management, and automation of audits and reporting. Your role will involve developing quantifiable metrics displayed in real-time on a dashboard of your choice, such as Excel or Grafana. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained throughout the organization.
