Welocalize is seeking an Adaptive Systems Analyst to support and enhance their Workday Adaptive Planning environment. You'll be responsible for designing modeled sheets, maintaining complex calculation logic, and ensuring data accuracy. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and analysis.
You have a solid background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in supporting enterprise software solutions. You understand the intricacies of data integration and have a knack for ensuring data accuracy across various systems. Your analytical skills allow you to derive insights from complex datasets, and you are comfortable working with stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical and financial teams.
You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving abilities, enabling you to maintain complex calculation logic within the Workday Adaptive Planning environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with FP&A and Application Services to deliver insightful analytics that drive business decisions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning tools is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques can enhance your ability to present data insights effectively. A background in project management or experience working in a cross-functional team environment would also be beneficial.
In this role, you will support and enhance the company’s Workday Adaptive Planning environment by designing modeled sheets as needed. You will maintain complex calculation logic and integrate data flows between Adaptive, Workday HCM/Finance, and other systems. Your work will ensure that data accuracy is upheld, providing insightful analytics that inform strategic decisions.
You will collaborate with the FP&A team to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. This involves working closely with Application Services to ensure that the systems are aligned with business objectives. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise within the Adaptive Planning environment, ensuring that the system operates smoothly and efficiently.
Your role will require you to stay updated on best practices in financial planning and analysis, as well as advancements in technology that can enhance the Adaptive Planning environment. You will be expected to contribute to process improvements and help drive innovation within the team.
