In this role, you will take full ownership of the enablement function for the Sales and Customer Success teams at Squarespace. You will design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs that combine live facilitation, e-learning, and practical application to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and effectively. You will create scalable playbooks, talk tracks, and certification programs that evolve alongside the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities will include delivering live workshops and enablement sessions across multiple segments, ensuring that all team members have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that address skill gaps.
