You have a strong background in sales enablement and customer success, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs. Your experience includes facilitating workshops and creating engaging learning experiences that empower teams to excel. You thrive in high-growth environments and are adept at leveraging adult learning principles to develop impactful training materials. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with senior GTM professionals and foster a collaborative learning atmosphere. You are strategic in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance team performance and drive revenue growth. You understand the importance of aligning training initiatives with business objectives and are committed to continuous improvement in enablement practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take full ownership of the enablement function for the Sales and Customer Success teams at Squarespace. You will design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs that combine live facilitation, e-learning, and practical application to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and effectively. You will create scalable playbooks, talk tracks, and certification programs that evolve alongside the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities will include delivering live workshops and enablement sessions across multiple segments, ensuring that all team members have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that address skill gaps. Your role will also involve measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives and making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
