What you'll do

As the Circular Center Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the harvesting and testing of parts and components within Microsoft’s data centers. You will oversee inventory cycle audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your role will involve guiding your team through warranty processes and the destruction of data-bearing devices, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to manage escalations and drive focus on completing Inventory and Asset Management tasks. Your leadership will be crucial in modeling the principles that Microsoft values, including integrity, accountability, and a commitment to sustainability. You will also be responsible for identifying training and growth opportunities for your team, fostering an environment where employees can thrive.
