Your leadership style is focused on modeling principles that drive efficiency and accuracy in operations. You understand the importance of regulatory compliance and have experience in managing processes related to warranty and destruction of data-bearing devices. You are adept at guiding your team through complex tasks and ensuring that all inventory cycle audits are completed effectively.

Experience in cloud operations or data center management is a plus. As the Circular Center Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the harvesting and testing of parts and components within Microsoft’s data centers. You will oversee inventory cycle audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your role will involve guiding your team through warranty processes and the destruction of data-bearing devices, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to manage escalations and drive focus on completing Inventory and Asset Management tasks.
