What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from understanding hiring objectives to developing and executing recruiting strategies that meet headcount goals. You will track and analyze hiring metrics, reporting progress to business leadership regularly. Your responsibilities will include initiating creative changes to existing recruiting strategies and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights that improve the efficiency of the recruitment process. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the teams you support.
