Overview

ComplyAdvantage is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring across Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting. This role requires 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally focused on Sales or Customer Success hiring in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment — you understand the nuances of sourcing and hiring top talent in competitive markets. You possess a hunter mentality — you know how to creatively source candidates and tap into underrepresented talent pools. You are a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions with insight, data, and market expertise. You excel in crafting tailored candidate journeys — you're a storyteller who knows how to sell the opportunity, the team, and the mission. You are committed to championing a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. You have a knack for keeping stakeholders informed through clear communication and regular updates on the hiring pipeline.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with the EMEA and APAC regions would be advantageous. A background in using ATS systems effectively to maintain hygiene and streamline processes is also a plus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full hiring lifecycle across our commercial teams, from proactive sourcing and strategic partnering to closing top-tier talent. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions with your insights and expertise. You will source creatively and inclusively, tapping into new channels and underrepresented talent pools across EMEA and APAC. You will craft and pitch tailored candidate journeys, ensuring that every candidate has a standout experience from the moment they apply. You will elevate the hiring process by helping refine how we interview, assess, and hire across functions. You will keep stakeholders in the loop through crystal-clear communications, maintaining ATS hygiene and providing regular pipeline updates.
