Telligen is seeking a Patient Safety Program Specialist to oversee quality improvement initiatives in various healthcare settings. This remote role is ideal for candidates located in Colorado or nearby states.

Who you are

You have a strong background in patient safety and quality improvement, with experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient clinics. You understand the complexities of patient safety initiatives and are skilled at driving quality improvement efforts across diverse teams and locations. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

You are adaptable and thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess data and outcomes critically, ensuring that patient safety initiatives are both effective and sustainable. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on best practices and regulatory requirements in patient safety.

Desirable

Experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
