Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 7 years of experience in deploying human resources and people programs. You are fluent in both German and English, enabling you to effectively support regional operations. Your background includes a certification in Lean or Six Sigma, showcasing your commitment to process improvement. You have experience leading digital transformation initiatives and deploying large-scale HR technologies, demonstrating your ability to manage complex strategic initiatives in ambiguous environments. Your knowledge of the HR ecosystem, tools, and local legal and regulatory requirements for HR practices sets you apart. You possess the ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead large-scale project management across multiple business areas, making you a key player in driving organizational success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and optimize country-specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks. You will be responsible for executing critical HR initiatives that align with Google's staffing needs and broader hiring landscape. Your focus will be on cultivating outstanding candidates for Google's long-term hiring needs, working across a cross-functional and international group of staffing teams. You will bring a data-driven approach to reinventing the human resources field, ensuring that the programs you develop help employees thrive.
