You are fluent in both German and English, enabling you to effectively support regional operations. Your background includes a certification in Lean or Six Sigma, showcasing your commitment to process improvement. You have experience leading digital transformation initiatives and deploying large-scale HR technologies, demonstrating your ability to manage complex strategic initiatives in ambiguous environments. Your knowledge of the HR ecosystem, tools, and local legal and regulatory requirements for HR practices sets you apart. You possess the ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead large-scale project management across multiple business areas, making you a key player in driving organizational success.
