Microsoft is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for their Cloud Operations + Innovation team. You'll drive programs focused on transforming data center delivery and require deep technical and business effectiveness. This role emphasizes leadership and large-scale program management skills.
Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind one of the World’s largest Cloud Infrastructures, responsible for powering all Microsoft online Products and Services as well as powering Microsoft’s “Cloud First” mission. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide, and we are looking for passionate Senior Technical Program Manager, Datacenter Portfolio Management to help achieve our mission.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager, Datacenter Portfolio Management with deep technical and business effectiveness, trusted leadership and demonstrated large-scale program management success. You should have exceptional industry knowledge, technical depth in the planning, data review and execution of data centers, and have executive presence to lead complex and time sensitive initiatives.
In this role, the successful candidate will partner closely with key engineering leaders to drive programs focused on transforming how we deliver data centers to our customers. These programs will be on the leading edge of innovation and will include driving pilots and other first of kind programs that shape ongoing strategy in delivering data centers efficiently and on schedule. You balance effective analytical and technical skills with the ability to influence decision makers within the CO+I leadership and execution teams spread across the rest of Azure. You will also partner closely with related teams including our design engineering, construction, networking and data center project management teams.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
