As an Account Manager at Caseware, your goal will be to develop and nurture positive, long-term, and strategic relationships with our highest-value customers and prospects and be responsible for supporting our existing accounting and audit partners across North America focusing mainly in Canada and the Caribbean.
Your role will be focusing on managing the mid-market segment - accounting firms. You will inherit and oversee a portfolio of 1500+ existing accounts and your main efforts will be focused on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. The range of the deals that you can expect is sub-$25k CAD.
