Brex is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to manage a growing customer base and ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the fintech or SaaS industries. Your experience includes working closely with finance teams, from CFOs to Accounting Managers, to help them maximize the value of the solutions you provide. You possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset, allowing you to build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by helping customers achieve their goals. You are adaptable and can navigate challenges with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech sector or familiarity with corporate spending solutions would be a plus. A background in finance or accounting can enhance your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs better. Familiarity with customer success metrics and tools will help you track and improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will own a book of business that includes a diverse range of customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these customers are fully utilizing Brex’s solutions to control spend and increase efficiency. You will engage with finance teams regularly, providing insights and support to help them unlock the full potential of our platform. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and drive product improvements. Your role will involve developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, ensuring that customers see the value in their partnership with Brex. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and providing ongoing training and support to ensure their success.
