Multiverse is seeking a Legal Director to serve as a strategic partner to the General Counsel, overseeing legal operations and managing a high-performing legal team. This role requires a versatile legal leader comfortable with commercial negotiations and M&A due diligence.
You are an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and a proven track record of managing legal operations. You thrive in a leadership role, providing strategic guidance and support to the General Counsel while overseeing a team of legal professionals. Your expertise spans various legal domains, including commercial negotiations and mergers and acquisitions, allowing you to navigate complex legal landscapes with ease. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are adaptable and enjoy the variety of challenges that come with a dynamic legal environment, making you a valuable asset to the organization.
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the General Counsel and act as their strategic partner, executing the legal strategy for Multiverse.
