Recruiting Ops Lead

Who you are

You have a strong background in recruitment operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing operational efficiency. You understand the importance of compliance and data governance in the recruitment lifecycle, and you have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, HRIS, and People Analytics. You are an autonomous and systemic thinker, capable of bridging strategy and execution effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner with various stakeholders to drive operational rigor. Your ability to analyze data and implement technology solutions will empower Talent Acquisition to achieve the best possible hiring outcomes. You are passionate about creating a seamless user experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Desirable

Experience in a tech-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with recruitment technologies and tools. You are adaptable and open to learning new systems that can enhance recruitment efficiency. A background in HR or People Operations will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Recruiting Operations team at Roblox, focusing on optimizing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational infrastructure that supports Talent Acquisition, ensuring that processes are efficient, consistent, and effective. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational rigor and optimize the technology stack used in recruitment.

You will analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the candidate experience. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as developing scalable processes that can adapt to the growing needs of the organization. You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that the recruitment team has the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
