Compound Planning, Inc. is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and account management. This role requires a basic understanding of investment products and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You have a basic understanding of investment products and financial markets, and you are eager to learn and grow in the wealth management field. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred, and you may have previous experience in a client-facing role. You are willing to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 7 or Series 63 to enhance your qualifications.
As a Wealth Management Associate at Compound Planning, you will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to accounts, investment products, and services. You will provide timely and accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, and investment performance. Your role will involve assisting clients with account openings, changes, and transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to management when necessary. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company services, investment products, and market trends will be crucial to providing informed support. You will collaborate with the advisory team to ensure client needs are met and concerns are addressed. Additionally, you will process and document client requests and feedback in our CRM system, assist in onboarding new clients, and conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Participation in team meetings and training sessions will help you enhance your product knowledge and service skills.
