Convene is seeking an Audio Visual Production Manager to oversee the audiovisual aspects of events at The Mallory in New York. You'll be responsible for creating inspiring experiences and ensuring high-quality production. This role requires experience in event production and a passion for hospitality.
You have a strong background in audio visual production, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing AV for events. You understand the technical requirements for various types of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale celebrations, and you thrive in environments where you can create memorable experiences for guests. Your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the audiovisual setup meets the highest standards, and you are comfortable working with a variety of technologies and equipment. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with event planners, clients, and other stakeholders to bring their visions to life. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex technical information in an accessible way to non-technical team members. You are passionate about hospitality and understand the importance of creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
In this role, you will manage all audiovisual production aspects for events at The Mallory, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets client expectations.
