Tanium is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead enterprise software sales in Bentonville, AR. You'll be responsible for generating opportunities and managing complex sales cycles with key decision-makers. This role requires significant experience in enterprise software sales.

Job Description

Who you are

You have significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large and complex software transactions with the biggest customers in the region. You are equally comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and technical teams, articulating the value of technology solutions tailored to customer needs. Your strong team mentality means you understand that selling is a team sport, and you excel at managing and utilizing virtual resources to tackle large and complex sales cycles. You have a proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving superior customer experiences.

What you'll do

As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for generating opportunities to position the Tanium platform within your assigned territory and accounts. You will articulate the value of the Tanium platform to decision-makers and expertly manage the complex sales cycle. Nurturing and developing relationships within your assigned territory is key, as you will present the value of the Tanium platform to C-suite executives. You will work closely with the Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting and sales efforts, ensuring healthy pipeline management through appropriate sales development activities. Accurately forecasting and maintaining excellent SFDC hygiene will be part of your responsibilities, along with conducting online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads. Travel may be required as needed to support your sales efforts.
