You'll work closely with the Trust and Safety team to ensure a positive experience for Customers, Dashers, and Merchants. This role is ideal for those looking to start their career in operations.
You are a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the Trust and Safety team at DoorDash. You possess strong logical reasoning skills that enable you to make informed decisions, ensuring that our Customers, Dashers, and Merchants have the best experience possible on the DoorDash platform. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying issues and proposing effective resolutions. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be key in this role, as you will work closely with various internal partners to streamline processes and improve service quality.
As a Community Response Representative, you will be responsible for adjudicating background checks and insurance claims, investigating safety incidents, and implementing quality measures for users. You will monitor daily quality metrics and work to improve response times, ensuring that escalations are handled efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating with the Trust and Safety Supervisor to identify areas for improvement and drive tool usage and efficiencies within the team. You will also play a crucial role in protecting DoorDash's brand by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
