OneSpan is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle and drive operational excellence. You'll work with HR systems like Workday and require strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. This position is remote and offers a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000.
You are a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Operations Specialist with experience in managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You have a strong commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence, ensuring that HR systems function seamlessly to support a growing global workforce. Your expertise in tools like Workday, along with your proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, allows you to generate and analyze reports effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present information confidently and concisely to various stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating with payroll, finance, legal, and local HR teams to deliver exceptional employee support. Your self-sufficiency and attention to detail make you a valuable asset to the HR team.
Experience with HRIS systems beyond Workday is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance and service delivery in a global context. You may also have a background in employee engagement initiatives or process improvement projects that enhance the overall employee experience.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end logistics of core employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, promotions, and offboarding. You will deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, ensuring consistency for employees and managers while leading orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and benefits. Responding to HR inquiries in shared mailboxes will be part of your daily responsibilities, where you will provide timely and accurate guidance about policies, benefits, and processes. You will manage day-to-day HR systems operations, ensuring impeccable data accuracy across regions and proactively improving processes. Supporting Workday testing, enhancements, and configuration for key HR projects will also be a critical aspect of your role. You will generate and analyze reports for headcount, turnover, and compliance, contributing to data-driven decision-making within the HR team.
OneSpan offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
