Regenxbio is seeking a Director of Market Development to drive regional strategy and commercial launch readiness for innovative therapies. This role involves strategic engagement with stakeholders and collaboration across various internal teams.
You have a proven track record in market development and strategic engagement, ideally within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. Your leadership experience enables you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing, to align regional strategies with broader company objectives. You possess strong communication skills that allow you to build relationships with key stakeholders and treatment centers, ensuring that the needs of patients and communities are prioritized in all initiatives.
