SoFi is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the technical strategy and architecture of their internal developer platform. You'll work with Java and AWS to enhance developer experience through AI-enabled tooling. This role requires significant experience in developer tooling and technical leadership.
You are an innovative and entrepreneurial Principal Software Engineer with a strong background in developer tooling. You have a proven track record of providing technical leadership and influencing architectural decisions in a collaborative environment. With your hands-on experience, you are adept at driving solutions from inception to implementation, ensuring a strong focus on customer success. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about mentoring others while fostering a culture of innovation.
