Your background includes experience with Google Ads products, showcasing your ability to navigate the digital advertising landscape effectively. You excel in collaboration, working with diverse audiences to bring ideas to fruition. Your focus on execution allows you to balance quality with speed, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently. You thrive in fluid and ambiguous environments, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills that enable you to articulate complex issues in a straightforward manner. Your analytical capabilities allow you to perform data analysis and investigations, providing actionable recommendations that drive commercial value. You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
What you'll do
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be a key player in the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, acting as a trusted advisor to the Australia New Zealand leadership team. Your role involves developing and driving business strategy in collaboration with executive partners, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations across cross-functional teams. You will run the business cadence, helping the organization navigate challenges and implement best practices. Your responsibilities include providing business-critical insights and tactical recommendations that support leadership decision-making. You will perform analysis and modeling to identify trends and opportunities, structuring and communicating your findings to influence executive stakeholders effectively. Additionally, you will identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, supporting the needs of the team and stakeholders to enhance operational excellence.
