TripAdvisor is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive restaurant culture and expand their market presence. You'll engage with Swiss German-speaking restaurants and promote TheFork's reservation and management system. This role is ideal for those passionate about food and technology.

Desirable

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM systems and a basic understanding of restaurant operations can help you excel in this role. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify and contact restaurants across Swiss German-speaking regions using cold calling and lead follow-ups from our CRM. You will pitch and sell TheFork Manager, our restaurant reservation and management system, which includes features such as online reservation tools, table management, and marketing services. Your goal is to educate and engage restaurant managers on the benefits of adopting TheFork, helping them enhance their operations and customer experience. You will work closely with the Sales Manager for New Markets to drive the success of our expansion efforts and contribute to the overall growth strategy of TheFork.
