Overview

Klaviyo is hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative to identify high potential companies and partner with Mid-Market Account Executives. This role requires 1+ years of experience in a BDR position.

Who you are

You have 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at another company. You understand the importance of being the first point of contact in the sales cycle and are eager to contribute to the sales and marketing feedback loop. You value accountability and effort, and you thrive in collaborative environments where positive outcomes are prioritized. You are open to learning and adapting your strategies based on feedback and best practices shared with your peers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will identify high potential companies that can benefit from Klaviyo’s solutions. You will partner closely with experienced Mid-Market Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies that generate opportunities. Your responsibilities will include developing, testing, and iterating messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas. You will also contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process, supporting the success of your peers and reflecting Klaviyo’s values of accountability and effort.
