Human Interest is seeking a Client Account Manager to manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and develop strategies for retirement plans. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on client needs.
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the fintech industry. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and have a proven track record of cultivating strong relationships with clients. Your ability to anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and excel at managing multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring that each client receives the attention they deserve. You are a strong communicator, able to convey complex information clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams alike. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Experience in the retirement benefits sector or a related field would be a plus. Familiarity with financial products and services can help you better understand client needs and expectations. You are comfortable using CRM tools and other software to manage client interactions and track progress. A background in customer service or support can also enhance your ability to address client inquiries and issues effectively.
As a Client Account Manager at Human Interest, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned client accounts. You will work closely with plan sponsors to develop strategies and solutions tailored to their retirement plans. Your role will involve understanding customer expectations and helping to manage their plans to reduce administrative burdens. You will proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve any questions or issues that arise, acting as a liaison between clients and the company. Your focus will be on driving excellent customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
