Uber is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to lead B2B Credit activities in APAC. You'll collaborate with various internal stakeholders and analyze customer financial statements to support Uber's growth. This role requires 4+ years of credit management experience.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, along with over 4 years of Credit Management experience. Your expertise ideally comes from B2B Operations within international corporations, giving you a strong foundation in credit risk strategies and financial analysis. You possess a deep understanding of credit capacity design for monthly bill customers, payment plans, and late payment fees calculations. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, while calculating key financial ratios to monitor creditworthiness.
In this role, you will review and approve credit limit requests for all new Uber customers across various business lines. You will manage ad hoc requests such as credit limit increases, changes in payment methods, and extensions of payment terms and plans. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer financial statements and monitoring creditworthiness and default trends, recommending risk mitigation strategies such as credit insurance. You will ensure compliance with internal credit policies and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology. Additionally, you will follow up on bankruptcies with the Legal department and monitor BPO activities while working with credit agencies to maintain effective credit management practices.
