Behavox is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll work independently to attract top talent for a cloud-native AI company. This role requires strong experience in recruitment and a deep understanding of the tech industry.
You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the tech industry, and possess a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape. You are adept at managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Your ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike sets you apart, as you understand the importance of cultural fit in addition to technical skills. You are proactive in identifying talent needs and developing strategies to attract the best candidates. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline your processes. You are committed to maintaining high standards of candidate experience and ensuring a fair and consistent hiring process.
In this role, you will be responsible for independently executing the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles within Behavox. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
