You have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced environment where you’ve supported senior leadership. You excel at anticipating needs and creating leverage for executives, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you thrive in situations that require problem-solving and quick thinking. You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, and you are adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You are a proactive communicator, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and have a knack for building strong relationships across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the connective tissue that keeps leadership aligned and operating efficiently. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for executive discussions. Your role will involve anticipating the needs of executives and streamlining decision-making processes to enhance productivity. You will also be responsible for organizing travel arrangements and ensuring that all logistics are handled seamlessly. As a trusted partner, you will help shape decisions and contribute to the overall success of the leadership team.
