Nebius AI is seeking a GSI Director to build and drive global partnerships with top Global Systems Integrators. You'll define the GSI strategy and execute plans to create scalable revenue programs. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.
You have a proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships, particularly with Global Systems Integrators. Your experience spans over 5 years in a similar role, where you've successfully defined and executed partnership strategies that drive revenue growth. You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, marketing, and engineering. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with travel for partner meetings and events. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to your success in this role.
Experience in the AI or cloud computing industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in these sectors. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your partnership strategies. A background in sales or business development will enhance your ability to drive results and create value for both Nebius and its partners.
As the GSI Director at Nebius AI, you will be responsible for designing and owning the GSI partner framework. This includes defining the strategy for partnerships and ensuring that each relationship is structured to maximize mutual benefits. You will work closely with the VP of Channel & Partnerships to align your strategies with the overall business objectives. Your role will involve developing joint plans with partners and executing them with precision and urgency. You will also be responsible for tracking the performance of partnerships and making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
You will lead initiatives to engage with top Global Systems Integrators, fostering relationships that can turn into scalable, repeatable revenue programs. Your ability to frame partnerships and drive execution will be critical to your success. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the partnership strategies are aligned with product offerings and market needs. Regular travel will be required for quarterly business reviews and in-person meetings with partners.
