Gravie is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive growth for their Level-Funded and ICHRA offerings in the Northeast US. You'll cultivate relationships with brokers and employer groups to achieve sales goals. This role requires strong sales experience and a deep understanding of health benefits.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the healthcare or benefits sector, with at least 5 years of experience driving sales growth and managing teams. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and employer groups is key to your success. You understand the nuances of Level-Funded and ICHRA products and can articulate their value propositions effectively. You thrive in a high-performance environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. You are a strategic thinker who can develop and execute regional sales plans that align with company goals. You are comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and you have experience in pipeline management and negotiation.
Experience in the health benefits industry is a plus, as is familiarity with consultative sales approaches. You are adept at collaborating with internal teams, such as underwriting and marketing, to ensure a seamless sales process. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and competitor offerings, enabling you to position Gravie’s products effectively. You are a strong communicator, capable of presenting complex information in an accessible manner to diverse audiences.
