What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of WHOOP’s multimodal foundation models, which will unify wearable sensor data, language, blood biomarkers, clinical information, and self-reported inputs. You will define the modeling and architectural strategy, guiding training and scaling decisions to ensure these models mature into robust, production-grade systems. You will work closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, and clinical teams to align technical execution with WHOOP’s broader AI strategy and long-term business goals. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of health intelligence, as you leverage one of the world’s richest longitudinal physiological datasets to deliver clinically meaningful insights at scale. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in AI research and application.
