Paytm is seeking a Senior Manager for Ads Collections to lead the collections efforts for their advertising revenue portfolio. You'll work closely with internal partners and drive timely collections. This role requires exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
You have 5+ years of experience in finance or collections management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and drive results. Your exceptional analytical skills enable you to report on performance metrics effectively, and you are comfortable using Excel and relevant financial tools to track and manage collections. You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and customers alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a proactive problem-solver who can identify payment bottlenecks and drive process improvements. Your customer-centric mindset and strong business acumen make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Experience in the advertising or digital marketing sector would be a plus, as would familiarity with collections tools and software. A background in financial services or technology-led financial solutions is also advantageous, as it aligns with Paytm's mission to drive financial inclusion in India.
